These are three, lovely digital scrapbook papers I created from beautiful digital rose downloads. The pretty rose bouquets designs make wonderful floral patterns for these printable scrapbooking supplies. For so many paper crafting and DIY projects, these digital artist papers are perfect! My favorite is the first printable scrapbook paper because of the soft, pretty shade of lavender. It's gorgeous! Handmade greeting cards created with any of these background papers will be great as well

I've posted some handmade card ideas today, showing how I decorated designed with the digital paper quads printable I posted here. Each of these handmade greeting cards is decorated with the pink paper quads. I used them as backgrounds for the card designs. The backgrounds are very light, which I think is wonderful because the lightness allows the images to stand out. For the cut out shapes, I've posted a close-up so that you could better see the paper design on which I stamped the letters. The lovely red rose clip art is posted here. I love making birthday cards for my friends. I've got a couple of friends celebrating birthdays this month, so I've been busy with several handmade card designs. Today I'm posting a lovely birthday card idea designed with this wonderful butterfly clip art and this pretty digital rose corner clip art. I'm really loving using the digital butterfly image in so many of my projects. I hope you are as well!

I've also included the birthday card design download for you to create your own birthday cards. The birthday graphic measures approximately 4" x 6" but can be resized for your specific card project.

I love this digital butterfly clip art! The butterfly illustration is wonderfully beautiful because it depicts the butterfly in flight, which I think adds lots of interest. Since it's an illustration, you can add any color you like to the image so that it suits your project. Today I've posted a pretty handmade greeting card project that I made with this butterfly image. I chose to leave the butterfly illustration in its original design because I love the contrast of color and blank and white images together. I also made the greeting card dimensional so that the butterfly stood out. 

I couldn't decide on exactly what size I wanted for my handmade greeting card project, so I created a digital collage sheet with the butterfly in three different sizes. The variety gave me lots of other ideas for more butterfly card designs! For this card craft project I used the largest size on the collage sheet. I hope you find inspiration with the digital butterfly clip art and have lots of fun creating something beautiful! 

Handmade Easter Card Craft Ideas Designs Chicks Bunny Easter Basket Eggs

I've been working on some fun Easter greeting cards for many of my friends and family, and today I've posted my favorites. I've used several of the Easter images of chick, bunny, and eggs on my clip art blog, Antique Images, in crafting these Easter cards. Using both small, craft scissors and an Exacto knife to cut out the Easter images, I was able to create 3-D effects by layering the pieces of paper. Below, I've given you a perspective of each Easter greeting card that shows the layered look.

For the design of the Easter basket card and Easter bunny card, I cut out extra pieces of just the egg images and layered them on the same image, giving the card that 3-D look. I then used foam squares to adhere the layers of paper to the card. I love this effect!

These Easter cards measure 6" x 6", so I make my own envelopes with an envelope maker. I love making my own card envelopes because I can make any size greeting card I want. I hope you've enjoyed these Easter card designs and are having lots of fun making your own Easter cards!

Rose Red Yellow Handmade Greeting Cards Designs

Making my own greeting cards for all occasions is one of my greatest joys! Recently I posted two rose images on my free clip art blog, Antique Images, and I've been having lots of fun designing some lovely greeting cards with them.

I used a distressed look with the first handmade greeting card and the red rose image. I love the juxtaposition of the distressed paper with the pretty, perfect red rose. The torn, natural-toned paper helps the rose image stand out.

This second handmade greeting card was designed with the yellow rose image, and the bright, delicate colors and designs of the yellow rose card are totally gorgeous. I hope these handmade greeting cards inspire you to create your own special, lovely gifts for all your friends.
